To submit the registration for membership,
do the following:
1. Click on the PDF icon to show the registration form.
2. Print the registration form locally on your computer.
3.
Mail the registration form to Bernie Dombrowsky at the address above.
4. Bernie or someone will contact you as to the status of your
application.
